All hardware components in the D-Wave One^TM are fully tested and calibrated and undergo a factory acceptance test in our facility prior to shipping. All tests and calibration on both the hardware and software components of the system are repeated after installation at your site to ensure all systems are go.

Even though the D-Wave One^TM is a marvel of complexity, it is remarkably easy to install at a site of your choosing. Our site engineers will work closely with your team to ensure that the site you've chosen is compatible with system requirements.

Multidisciplinary teams converge on your site to install, test, calibrate, and boot up the D-Wave One^TM. Typically the installation process takes four weeks and the calibration process six weeks; at the end of which you will have a fully functional D-Wave One^TM system ready to be programmed by your developers.

Our support services objective is to make you an expert in everything that matters for your organization as quickly as possible. Dedicated engineers are assigned to manage the overall health and repair of the hardware and software components of each shipped system, and can be deployed to your location upon request.

We also provide extensive training packages to get your users up to expert level in using the system as quickly as possible. Scientists and engineers from D-Wave will bring our presentation materials and interactive tutorial demonstrations to your organization for a 2-3 day training course, covering everything from the physics of the computer to advanced quantum software development.

A full suite of software tools is included in the D-Wave One^TM system, ranging from all the low-level code base for running the hardware systems, all the way up to applications programming interfaces (APIs) for a range of languages including Python, C++, SQL, Matlab and Java. Software support tools, forums and documentation for developers are also available.
